If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or the products you received are defective or different from the ones you ordered, you can return them as long as the following are met:
1. The return of the products must be done within 7 calendar days from their receipt and ONLY after consultation with the online store interiorsm.gr by phone at 2510 317 030 or at info@interiorsm.gr.
2. The products must be in excellent condition, accompanied by all labels and the packaging must not be altered in any way. Products that have been used or washed will not be accepted.
3. No returns are made on orders with special dimensions given by the customer.
4. Sleeping pillows and covers are not accepted returns – changes for hygiene reasons
5. The products must be accompanied by the corresponding documents you received (eg Retail Receipt)
Return procedure
1. Contact us to clarify the details of the return.
2. In case of a defective product, it is also necessary to send a photo to info@interiorsm.gr, which shows the defect of the product.

If the products are defective or you received products different from the ones you ordered, you send the products with the courier who made the delivery to you and the shipping costs are borne by interiorsm.gr. In any other case the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• In order to complete the process, it is necessary to first receive the returned products from us.
Money return
Refunds are made within 14 days of returning the products.
Your refund is made on the same payment method with which you completed the order. In case of cash on delivery and bank deposit you must state the account in which you want the deposit to be made. Return proof is required for returns. In case of invoice issuance, the return must be made with a delivery note.
In case the payment was made by credit card, the transaction will be canceled and the credit card will be updated accordingly.
